Colour representation

riding2win understand how important colour is when buying clothing and footwear. Every effort has been made to show photography on our website which is representative of the actual product. When viewing products online it is important to note that different computers have different screen resolutions. This may result in a slight variance in the colour of the garment on screen and the actual product.

Prices

Prices are as set out on the website and include TVA at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability.

Delivery terms & conditions

#riding2win will ship products as soon as possible after receipt of the Order and confirmation of your payment. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of order receipt. We use reputable carriers depending on the delivery address. Most delivery companies will require your signature on receipt of the parcel. All deliveries to you by the carrier will be subject to the carrier’s normal terms and conditions.

If your order contains any free promotional items, these must be returned along with the purchases. For example, if you purchase a ski suit during a promotion including a free beanie, the beanie must be returned along with the ski suit. If the free item is not also returned we will deduct the full RRP of the free item from any refund due to you. All import and duties fees are non-refundable. If you return your order for a refund, you cannot claim back on the import fees paid.Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for your return to be processed once received. In addition to this the various payment gateways take between a few hours to 10 working days to process return payments

Import duties & taxes

For shipping outside Europe please contact us for a quote. #riding2win is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with international deliveries. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country and they may apply customs or sales tax which has to be paid before you may receive your goods outside Europe.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to #riding2win, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Duties and taxes are non refundable.

These checks are very simple and ensure additional consumer protection as far as possible from the fraudulent use of credit cards the amount of your order the moment the goods are ready for dispatch.
